FreshSignal / Working name

More clarity.
Better next moves.

Our proposed workspace for connecting performance data to the next useful decision.

FreshSignal is a concept we plan to develop around media, creative and conversion reporting. This page previews that direction. The platform is not built or available yet, and no live accounts are connected.

These figures explain the proposed interface. They are not client results, forecasts or performance targets. A future build would need agreed attribution rules before combining channel data.

Less time assembling reports.
More time asking better questions.

The ambition is a practical workspace for the agency and its clients. These proposed capabilities would be developed and tested in stages.

A connected performance view.

Media spend, creative performance and website conversions would sit in one reporting workspace, with source definitions and reporting periods visible alongside the numbers.

Planned / Media + creative + conversion

Confidence before conclusions.

Measurement checks would flag missing campaign tags, delayed imports and inconsistent conversion definitions, so the team could investigate before acting on a report.

Planned / Measurement checks

A record of what we learn.

A shared decisions log would connect each question, proposed test and owner to the evidence behind it, then capture what happened when the team reviewed the result.

Planned / Decisions log

Useful signals. Human judgement.

Later phases could surface changes in cost, delivery or conversion rates for review. A person would approve the response; alerts would not automatically change campaigns or budgets.

Planned / Reviewed alerts

Start useful.
Build with purpose.

The first version would answer a focused reporting need. Each phase would depend on the data, permissions and feedback from the one before it. No launch date is committed.

Connect.

Start with a reliable baseline.

The first build would use approved media and analytics exports. We would agree metric definitions, reporting periods and conversion rules before adding scheduled imports or permission-based connectors.

First milestone / A consistent reporting view

Understand.

Make the numbers explainable.

The next phase would add creative comparisons, measurement checks and a decisions log. Each view would show its source and limitations, giving the team a clearer basis for asking what to test next.

Next milestone / Evidence and review history

Act.

Keep people in the decision.

Once the reporting proved reliable, agreed thresholds could prompt a human review. The team would approve a proposed response, record the decision and assess the outcome before expanding the scope.

Later milestone / Human-approved alerts

Technology should support
the people doing the thinking.

FreshSignal would help make evidence easier to review, with people responsible for interpretation, priorities and action.

Before any live pilot, we would agree access permissions, data retention and the minimum information needed. The concept would prioritise aggregate reporting, clear data sources and visible limitations. Any future account connections would require explicit authorization.
